AI Transformation Starts at the Top

You can't govern what you can't see, and the system that's supposed to show you the business is always a beat behind it.

AI Transformation Starts at the Top: Claude working from a database in your own accounts gives leadership a current view of the business

The view from the top is always a beat behind

The board wants a real-time read. Your CRO pulls pipeline, your CFO pulls the books, your delivery lead pulls status, and every number is a snapshot of what got entered, not what actually happened this week. The work is in Slack threads, email chains, a spreadsheet someone owns locally; the system of record just doesn't know about it yet. So the view from the top is always slightly out of focus, and you're deciding against a lag you've learned to live with.

This isn't a reporting problem

And a better BI layer won't fix it. The work stopped happening inside your systems. It happens in the tools people actually reach for, and the record backfills later, imperfectly.

The AI question is the same problem one level up: executive judgment is native at the top, but judgment at one desk doesn't scale. What scales is a set of written rules: which work Claude may do, which records it may change, and who approves. Those rules live in skill files and dashboards your team can read and edit. If you start with the teams furthest from the decisions and without those rules, you get faster work with no check on it.

Start at the top

Claude drafts updates to pipeline, delivery status, and finance records from the work people already do (calls, email, Slack), and the owner of each record confirms them. Salesforce stays your system of record. You start where decisions are made, because that is where you can check the output yourself. The same setup then extends to the next team, using the same written rules. Claude and the database behind it run in your own accounts.

We run this ourselves

We did not start with the teams furthest from the decisions. We started at the desk where the calls and decisions get made, checked the output there, and then extended it to other teams. We run Green Irony on Claude.

Built to stay, not to ship

The view gets more complete as more of the work is captured, and the rules you wrote apply to every new team. We picked the best agent harness and the best database. You own what we build for you: the skill files, the dashboards, the data model and your data. If you ever want to move one or both, you can. Every handover includes an export of your data in open formats and documentation of the data model. Our own methods and tools stay ours. Customers stay because the work keeps paying off, not because they're locked in.

See it on your own workflow

Tell us how your team works today. We build a demo on your workflow and send you a recorded walkthrough, like the videos on this site but showing your process, within 3 business days. Then, if you want, we walk through it live with you.
