Claude-native CRM

Reps stop typing. Claude writes the deal.

Claude reads calls, email and meetings, writes the deal record, and the rep confirms. Every forecast number points to evidence.

How it works

Stage, next step, contacts, notes, written from the transcript and the email thread. The rep reviews and confirms. No data entry.

A forecast with evidence

Click any number. See the call, email or meeting behind it. Deals with no evidence show as unsupported.

Stalled deals get flagged

Claude checks every open deal for activity. Deals with none get flagged to the rep and the manager.

This AI actually knows there have been no Slack, no email, no phone, no touches in 24 days. This is a big deal.

FAQ

We use Salesforce. Is this for us?
Salesforce stays the record. The work moves to Claude. See Claude + Salesforce.
Will it hold up once the whole team uses it?
Yes. We run every workflow in our company this way, and we've delivered MuleSoft integrations for Spirit and Hotwire. If it doesn't hold up as your team grows, we fix it at our cost.
Do reps have to change how they work?
Only to confirm. Claude drafts the record from calls, email and meetings; the rep confirms or corrects it.
Which database?
A database in your name. You own it. Claude reads and writes to it.
What do we own at the end?
The skill files, dashboards, data model and data, plus an open-format export and data-model documentation. Our methods and tools stay ours.
