One recurring task takes hours from your week
Somewhere in your week is a recurring task that is not strategic, not hard, and not going away. It looks like one of these:
- Inbox triage that starts downstream work.
- Meeting prep pulled from five places.
- A weekly status report rebuilt from scratch.
- Transcript re-reads you do by hand.
- Numbers you reconcile yourself.
None of it is hard. All of it is recurring, so it costs the most hours over a year, because nobody ever fixes it. Most AI pitches answer this with a platform. We answer it with one fix.
A template, a skill, and you approve
We find the single highest-friction recurring task on your desk. Then we build two things: a template (the database structure that holds the task) and a skill (a Claude skill, run through Cowork, that does the assembly against it). Your part shrinks to approving the result.
Claude and the database run in your own accounts. Everything runs in your accounts. We run no servers for you. Your systems of record stay where they are, and nobody else in your company has to change anything.
Our own mornings
More than one desk on our own leadership team starts the morning this way: a database page that holds the day’s plan, and a Claude skill that has summarized the transcripts, sorted the queue and drafted the brief before the workday starts. We run Green Irony on Claude, so this is our own morning, not a product vision.
What you get
- 01
One recurring task off your week, baselined on day one and measured at day 60.
- 02
A template: the database structure that holds the task, so the context is captured once instead of reassembled every time.
- 03
A named Claude skill, built through Cowork against your real context.
- 04
A working session, not a workshop. We build against your actual inbox, meetings and reports, not slides.
- 05
Nothing else changes. Your systems of record stay exactly where they are, and nobody else in your org changes anything.
We picked the best agent harness and the best database. You own what we build for you: the skill files, the dashboards, the data model and your data. If you ever want to move one or both, you can. Every handover includes an export of your data in open formats and documentation of the data model. Our own methods and tools stay ours.
5 to 8hrs/week
The 60-day guarantee
We baseline the task before we touch anything, then measure again at day 60. If the fix is not recovering measurable hours, you don’t pay for the miss. Sixty days is what it takes to do this right on one desk.
Money-back if we miss
Is this for you?
Two filters apply. Both have to be true.
Filter 1: You control the tools you work in.
If your IT or compliance org gates your AI tool choices through an external authority (broker-dealer, hospital compliance, bar association) that hasn’t approved Claude, this engagement waits until they do. We can’t deliver if you don’t have the authority to use the tool.
Filter 2: You can classify the data you work with.
If the regulated content on your desk (NPI/MNPI, privileged material, PHI) can be cleanly excluded from the workstream we pick, or if your workstream operates on non-regulated content, this works. If every piece of work you touch requires compliance review, we need a different approach, and we’ll tell you that directly.
Acceptable patterns we’ve seen work cleanly:
- Solo or independent professional services where you are the compliance authority
- Non-regulated SMB executives in manufacturing, professional services, mid-market operators
- Family offices, RIAs not gated by an external BD, compliance-/tech-forward firms whose approved AI vendor list includes Claude
If you’re not sure which side of the filter you fall on, say so in your demo request and we will tell you plainly.
Starter
Executive desk only
Fixed scope, 60 days.
- The CEO's desk only
- A template and a skill built on your real inbox, meetings and reports
- Set up for you personally
- No org-wide rollout
The 60-day plan
Fixed scope, 60 days, your desk only. Three phases, each with a milestone you can verify yourself.
- 1
Days 1 to 15
Baseline
MilestoneWe measure how the task runs today (the hours it takes, the places it pulls from, the steps you repeat) before we build anything.
- 2
Days 16 to 45
Build against your real context
MilestoneThe template and the skill run against your actual inbox, meetings and reports, not a demo. Your part shrinks to approving.
- 3
Days 46 to 60
Prove it
MilestoneWe measure the after-state against the day-one baseline. The recovered hours are on the record, not in a slide.
No org rollout. That is a later conversation and a different engagement.
After day 60
The starter is a first project, not the whole relationship. After day 60 we run it as a managed service: support, skill updates, new releases and ongoing operation. Customers stay because the work keeps paying off, not because they’re locked in. Built to stay, not to ship. If you later want the same setup across a team, see Run on Claude.
Why Green Irony
Claude sits on every executive’s desk at Green Irony, working from a database that holds the company’s signals, knowledge and workflows. It speeds up sales, marketing, finance and operations, and the shared database removes the handoffs between them. Pricing decisions that used to need a CFO and CRO sync now resolve with current data in hand.
We run Green Irony on Claude: 75% lower operating expense and better executive output. We build on Claude. Read more about AI-native operations.
