How Salesforce positions them together
Salesforce’s announcement presents the partnership as four parts working together rather than as a choice: Salesforce inside Claude, Claude inside Salesforce, Claude inside Slack, and mutual adoption between the two companies1. Salesforce stated, as of its August 26, 2026 announcement, that Salesforce in Claude was available to select pilot customers and that it expected to launch in open beta in September 2026.
